Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 180 days of your purchase.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the Theradome helmet, charging cradle, and all original accessories are securely packed in the original retail packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our fulfillment center, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for any physical damage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
